WHAT WE COLLECT
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

licence and activation information required to authorise paid Still Hilt software;

LITTLE HORROR AND EMAIL SIGN-UP
When you request Little Horror, we collect your email address so that we can send you the download.
If you subscribe to Still Hilt marketing emails, we may also use that address to send occasional information about products, releases, updates and offers.
Marketing emails will contain a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to stop sending marketing emails at any time by contacting us.
The legal basis for marketing communications is your consent.
PURCHASES
When you purchase a Still Hilt product, we process the information necessary to complete the transaction, provide the product, maintain your licence and provide customer support.
This may include your name, email address, billing details, order history and licence information.
We process this information because it is necessary to fulfil our agreement with you and, where applicable, because we are legally required to maintain financial records.
SOFTWARE LICENSING
Paid Still Hilt products may use a machine-based licensing system.
Where licensing is used, we may process information such as:

your licence or customer identifier;

the product associated with the licence;

activation and deactivation records;

a machine or installation identifier;

licence status.
This information is used only to provide and administer software licensing, prevent unauthorised use, and provide licensing support.
We do not use licensing information for advertising or behavioural profiling.
SUPPORT AND COMMUNICATION
If you contact us, we may retain your message, contact details and relevant correspondence so that we can respond to your request, resolve technical issues and maintain an appropriate support history.
The legal basis for this processing is the performance of our agreement with you where the request relates to a product you use, or our legitimate interest in operating and supporting Still Hilt.
WEBSITE AND COOKIES
The Still Hilt website may use cookies and similar technologies required for the website, store, forms and security features to function.
Where optional analytics, advertising or similar non-essential technologies are used, they will be subject to the appropriate consent requirements.
You can change or withdraw your cookie preferences where those controls are provided on the website.
WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH
We do not sell your personal information.

Where you unsubscribe from marketing, we may retain the minimum information necessary to record your opt-out and ensure that we do not subscribe you again unintentionally.
